i expect to receive plans for a small ovencrafters oven and commence construction soon. the intention is to use the process to generate interest around organic and slow food production as well as more general issues of the relocalisation of food and other sustainability-related issues. hope to visit the mill and bakery next i am in tasmania. would love eventually to get some flour as well.
